Michael Jadach is a founding partner and the Senior Vice-President for 4 Core Financial, part of Innovative Financial Group. He started his insurance career 29 years ago as a field agent and has helped thousands of families plan for life’s unknowns. Michael is an experienced leader having trained and developed hundreds of advisors to high levels of performance. With over 25 years of management under his belt, he is skilled in leadership, agent development, recruiting, Medicare Plans, Life Insurance, Annuities, and Long-Term Care Insurance.
Michael, his wife Mary Beth, and their two daughters, Gabrielle and Isabelle, reside in Ansonia, CT. Michael and Mary Beth’s daughters are exceptional students and athletes, and they are enormously proud parents!

Ian Gilmartin

Born in Scotland, Ian emigrated with his family to the United States as a child and has called the NYC metro area of New Jersey home since the early 1980s. An award winning insurance agent and sales manager for over 17 years with Bankers Life, Ian transitioned over to the 4 Core leadership team in early 2021. He has helped thousands of clients in the NY/NJ region and specializes in Retirement Planning, Medicare, Life Insurance and Long Term Care. His passions outside of the office include playing and coaching soccer, golf, fine dining and relaxing on the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore with his family.

Eugene Mingo
4 Core Financial Westchester, New York
Eugene has over 25 years of experience working in the financial and insurance industries as an Information Technology Director. In 2015 he decided to use his soft business skills in a direct customer facing role as an Insurance Broker and Retirement Planner. As Eugene explains it, the roles are very similar because as we work with our clients we are mitigating risks and solving problems by implementing key business strategies for one’s personal retirement.
Licensed as an Independent Broker in multiple states which include Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia, Eugene works with various age groups from 30 and up, focusing on four key areas of one’s retirement: Health; Life/Legacy; Retirement Care; and Retirement Income, but he is particularly fond of working with what he calls the “most underserved yet most deserved group”, those 60 and above implementing Social Security Strategies, Comprehensive Medicare Planning, Final Expense & Life Insurance Planning, Wealth and Asset Protection.
Eugene is a resident of Westchester County, New York is married for over 30 years, has four children, and two grandchildren. Eugene loves to travel, enjoys sports, music, cooking, family and friends. He is also an ordained pastor for over 10 years currently serving in the Bronx, New York and has been a volunteer chaplain for over 7 years in the Westchester County Department of Corrections.

Trevor Beck

Trevor hails from the greater Cleveland, Ohio area and is an active parishioner at St. John Vianney church in Mentor, Ohio. He is an avid Ohio State football fan and prior to insurance, Trevor worked in the accounting and financial services industries.
Trevor has been a licensed agent since 2019 and he is currently licensed in Ohio, New York, Florida, and South Carolina. Education: University of Dayton Pre-law studies and Baruch College for Accountancy.

Susan Jackson

Originally from Wisconsin, Susan spent 15 years in the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland) before moving to the “Sunshine City” of St. Petersburg, Florida where she enjoys roller skating and outdoor life, but also watching her beloved Green Bay Packers during football season.
After spending her early career in the software industry, Susan transitioned into the insurance industry and hasn’t looked back.
