About Joseph Violetta
Joe Violetta began in the insurance industry in 1999 after an accident left him unable to walk for close to 5 months. He was drawn to working with the retiree market because of all the challenges facing folks in their retirement years. The rights, entitlements, and options for Medicare are complex. He began leading teams 30 years ago in the marketing area and continues to focus on developing people. Joe rose to the top at Bankers Life and Casualty and was the top Northeast Manager for many years, as well as being a top 5 National Manager in production for 10 straight years. Joe developed and created 4 Core Financial in 2020 after 25 years of success in the insurance industry. 4 Core Financial has over 15,000 Medicare clients in multiple states.
Joe has impacted the community for 25+ years as a volunteer and leader in the insurance field, developing successful advisors in areas such as Medicare, Long Term Care, Life Insurance, and Financial Planning that have left a tremendous impact in the Tri-State Area. Joe has been actively involved in helping families dealing with a variety of end of life issues and was drawn to the vision of Adam’s House as a Board Member to get more involved in helping families deal with grief while providing a safe, embracing place to gather. Joe’s volunteer work has included the Alzheimer’s Association, Little League Baseball, sponsoring food banks, and other Senior Housing locations.
Joe, his wife Diane, and their two daughters, Natalie and Ava, live in Milford, CT. Both parents have graduate degrees from Sacred Heart University and are extremely proud of their girls. Natalie is attending Pace University as a National Honor and Spanish National Honor Society Student. Ava is a Senior in high school and is an extremely creative musician and artist.
