NCB Number 21 Locomotive. Develop by Andrew Barclay. Black with red edge; 4 wheels (0-4-0 class); cab at upper rear has four small windows, with a step at either side and handles to aid climb up; exterior of cab has yellow and red edging. Currently in very good condition having received treatment from SRPS.
